About the Program
The Delta Phi Epsilon P.E.A.R.L (Personal Enrichment Activities for a Responsible Living) Program presents opportunities for both new sisters and active sisters to partake in activities to better their self-development, our sisterhood, and the surrounding communities. This is a flexible program, meaning, the opportunities members choose will vary depending on their level of expertise and their own changing needs.

Self
Physical, Emotional, and Personal Development
College is a time of change for young women, and DPhiE is uniquely positioned to assist you in meeting new challenges and offering support and encouragement. By promoting positive self-awareness and providing opportunities for self discovery, your sorority involvement will help you develop strength, establish a personal set of values, and clarify your purpose as a student, responsible citizen, and as a sister. Self Pearl Experiences should focus on developing your physical and mental well being, and are not necessarily one-time events.

Sisterhood
Organizational knowledge and skills
In order for the sorority to function as a family and foster personal and group development, the chapter structure itself must be strong. Individual sisters must have the skills to manage the affairs of the chapter and lead their fellow sisters. All members must have knowledge of how DPhiE operates and what the expectations are of the members. Sisters must also have an understanding of the Greek system, the benefits of being in a sorority, and the policies pertaining to Greek life. A strong sorority experience involves mutual friendship, support between members, and activities that increase the bonds of sisterhood.
